I just published a one part story titled "trees." I wrote it late last night after thinking about the song and I put myself in a situation where the song would come to life, and I put it in the story. It is a little over 1,000 words and sort of combines with the song "kitchen sink" where I express what I think part of that song means as well. you don't have to read it because it's pretty depressing, but I'm proud to put those thoughts online for people to see.
