I don't have any excuses (or at least any I expect you to approve of) as to why I've been (admittedly) neglecting both The Found One and my blog (Flannel Life). However, I do offer up as a partial defence how my attention has been diverted to two other stories for the past well year or so now. 
          	One of the culprits is my manuscript 'Defiance' which I worked on for my post grad program this past year, and the second is a story that is still in the very early stages but that I am very excited about. 
          	I have finally found the courage to try and post at least 'Defiance' here and hope that not only you enjoy the story that convinced me to try writing, but that you can see that I was not ignoring you (and Rowan) for nothing. 
          	I hope this finds you all well, and wishing you all a very happy and joyous New Year!

Hi I'd like to start by saying that your silverblood series is really good. I do have some questions would you please be able to let us know when book #3 will be finished? (I'd like to find out what happens with Rowan and Izzy before starting book #4) also when would book #4 be finished please? Would you be able to let us know when/how often you would be uploading/releasing chapters? 
          Please please let us all know what's happening as it's been quite a while since anyone has seen updates. If you have abandoned the books then please again let your readers know. It's honestly not nice at all to at least not respond messages and questions regarding YOUR stories, no one else can give us these answers and I'm going to admit it's a pet peeve of mine to find books marked as completed when they are in fact not finished and then nothing form the author for years so far....do you even have any plans for the ends of these books or are you just going to abandon them and not bother anymore? ANSWERS ARE NEEDED.

@susiesbooks21 book 3 is finished. Just not book 4!! If I had to guess the author probably needs a break. Unfortunately, authors get burnt out or have writers block pretty often. So for us writers to take some time and stepping back from it is a great way of recollecting yourself. I’m sure when the author is ready. They will come back!
