So, today one of my classmates came out as a trans woman over Whatsapp to our whole class.
And honestly? I've never thought I'd be moved to tears when I read the responses of my classmates.
One of them made a whole paragraph and thanked her for sharing and having the strength and courage to tell us all even tho she didn't know how we'd react. He also spoke for us all and said that we'd all try to never make any mistakes regarding her pronouns or anything.
To be honest, this message came from one of the people I'd never expected to answer like that. And all the classmates who reacted with thumbs up or encouraging words are those that I've never thought to be supportive like that.
I love my class already and I've only ever seen them a few times til now omg T T
Also, I know for a fact that she hasn't come out to her parents yet but to tell us practically strangers first feels like she trusts us already and that makes me so happy, fr.

@peyboritiramishuu Exactly!!! I'll never get people's problems with other people's lives and businesses. It's just love, where's the goddamn problem man? T T Exactly, I'm so happy for her too. We as classmates also witnessed her getting deadnamed while telling us her chosen name, so I already kinda knew and felt bad for her but I didn't wanna interpret much into it. I'm just glad she felt safe enough to tell us :)

@bnha_stories4u for real!! some people are so pressed about others being lgtbq or trans which is just pathetic because it’s not their business at all!! im genuinely happy for the person that outed themselves and got support because that’s so sweet :))

@peyboritiramishuu exactly!! I was so taken aback by the response of my male classmates since Germany (or at least my region) is sadly not that respectful of people who are part of the LGBTQ community. I'm just so happy that there are many others who are open minded and good hearted :')
