@bonrad4life something I will do is honestly hug my cats or if you don’t have any than some sort of calming object and think about how many happy memories I’ve had with that object I’m holding.. and how many more to come.. if your in a space where you can’t do that I’d sit down for a minute and think about something that your looking forward too or something.. if your having trouble breathing I would sit down and hold my own hand if I don’t have someone else’s- and I’d take a few deep breath’s and if I need to cry I will.. I think about happy places and not whatever that could cause you to have a mental breakdown.. you can also tell yourself that there are people that love you and will always be there for you if you need it.. someone you trust enough too. but it will always be ok and you have to tell yourself that you will get through it and it’ll be ok.. take some deep breaths and try your best to be as good as you can for as long as you would like to:) think about how much you would like to do something or something fun you could do when you have time..you could also just do something to get whatever it is off your mind like talk to yourself(it helps me) or you could draw or maybe write a letter to yourself:) venting too yourself is a good way to let out stress. but ofc I would never want to make you feel stressed and I hope you aren’t stressed at all times but I understand if you are:) it happens to the best of us. my one last thing is… to talk to someone you really need too. if it’s the person your stressing about you should tell them how you feel.. even if it is embarrassing.. but if they’re someone terrible, forget abt them. don’t ever cause yourself stress through them again. but if you say, want to vent to a parent- do it sis! do what your brain and heart tell you to do. as long as it’s what you think is a good thing♥︎♡(also if your ever leaving to get something off your mind, ALWAYS, AND I MEAN ALWAYS tell someone where your going. No matter what! be safe!)
