Oml, I just came from the old account. I have read from this account before I knew the old one and I was shocked when I came to this account from the old one. bookara has improved so much it's wonderful. I still hate their 2015 self for the story, but Ii am absolutely in love with the other stories of them. Keep up the great work

@bookara2 They are legit amazing though!!! Like if they weren't newtmas, and you came up with your own names (purely so that you don't get sued) you could publish them for real!!!! I'm serious!
Ok so ima about to go to sleep cause I went to the midnight showing of Death Cure but I really wanted to say this to someone who actually knows the entire story.
I feel like it kind of redeemed itself after the second movie. The second one changed a lot, but this one then was able to relatively bring things back around to the book which I was so grateful for.
Also newt. Can I just say holy fuck?! That letter at the end oh man. He was a lot less angry in the movie. A lot of that scene in the book was yelling at Thomas but I felt ok with how it all went down. No complaints. Except I wish they could have gotten the story of the limp in cause that's such a big part of his character.
Anyways all in all I really enjoyed it and I cried multiple times. In fact I just started crying again typing this but yeah. What did you think??
Oh another thing I LOVED all the book references they threw in there. The “rose took my nose” and the “please tommy please.” It FELT like the maze runner and I loved it
I agree wth everything you said. There is a deleted scene where newt tells Thomas about jumping off the wall so at least it’s there in our hearts. But seriously Wes did SUCH a good job. I cried through the ENTIRE ending, the note. The rock, newt, even TERESA. It was a perfecting ending to a series that means so much to me
I just watched The Death Cure and guys it’s beautiful but I sat in the passenger seat of me best friends car and cried for an hour after the movie. If you haven’t seen it, god bless your soul and good luck. If you have seen it and need to talk to numb the pain MESSAGE ME
