Just finished the first chapter. Should I publish it or wait till I've got the whole story?

I've paused writing secrets long forgotten because I have a whole bunch of new ideas, but I can't seem to stick to any. I'm thinking of publishing another little story, just a little summer romance or smth. But I might wait until the whole thing is done, bc I gotta stop starting things and not finishing T-T
