Hey, I'm Nikki! You've probably guessed that I love to write since I have a Wattpad account, but I find my style of writing to be somewhat unique. First of all, I love writing different versions of famous classics. It's basically taking a story that's already been told, and putting my own modern day twist on it. I'm a history nerd, so I always tend to sense connections in different time periods. History really does repeat itself, so when I write, I'm bringing an old story into the twenty first century without really changing much about it.
Although I love putting my own twist on famous stories, I also write original pieces. Mostly, I love writing short stories or poetry when I'm being original. I always try to write about my experiences, different times in my life, or anything that has feeling and passion. Plus, I always try to connect with my readers through my own life. However, I am on the verge of writing a longer piece with my original idea!
Now, a little bit about me. When it comes to music, I love musical theater and classic rock. My favorite subjects in school have to be English/writing and social studies. I'm not very athletic, but I dance a little bit. My goal in life is to maybe pursue theater in my early years, and then teach around the world. After all, there is no greater gift than knowledge.
