@bouncingonyourdad say whatever you feel, even if it seems like it doesn’t make any sense, sometimes it’s better to just let it out. This is a safe space, and if you don’t feel like saying anything, that’s okay too. Sometimes it helps me to just write random thoughts in a journal in no particular order, it’s gonna be a lot to process no matter what but you’ve gotta start somewhere, it’s no good to bottle it up
