My legs shook hard when I stood up. My past has been haunting me lately, and it{s too intense. Too real. It's been disturbing me every night and day, to the point where it{s literally depriving me of the feeling of being safe or happy. I woke up at like 8 am, and didn{t eat till 8 pm. Now Im stress eating. I have to literally swallow down my anxiety. I showed my mom a picture (doesnt matter what it is rn) and after that was literally shaking and needing to go to the bathroom to cry. Im so damn exhausted of just pretending ALL THE TIME. I{m really, really NOT okay right now. I{m so so damn far from okay. I can{t even start to explain how bad it{s gotten. I swear im so sorry, im not writing this to worry any of you, i just really thought u deserved to know that im in an awful state rn,, but thank you all for caring so much 33

This week has been an all time low. It's not even funny anymore. It's gotten to the point where I only did 7 lessons during my whole spring break week that I was supposed to work for every single day. I'm failing miserably, I swear everything's getting worse by the minute. I'm not even exaggerating or being dramatic at this point,, so I'm really sorry, but the happy and positive me all of you have been seeing all month is a literal lie.

Sorry i havent been posting lately. Ive been in an awfully bad state mentally for a long while now...
