okay, i've been meaning to say this for quite a while:
          
          i absolutely HATE the message that my story 'crush' sends out to all of you.  while love can be a great thing, you absolutely do not need a partner in order to be happy, and it should never be something you take your life over.  the only person you need to love in order to be happy is yourself, and your life should not be devoted to loving your partner.  love is not bad, as long as you do not let it become the focus of your life.  you're all incredible individuals and i hate seeing that you relate to my story.  i have a friend who recently cut off all of their friendships besides their partner, and whenever the two are in a fight, my friend gets extremely depressed and suicidal, and it just makes me angry.  YOU are enough to accomplish anything YOU want.  while support from others is nice, having or not having a partner does not determine whether or not you can be happy in life.
