The amount of love I see on social media regarding Michael always make me so so so happy. A fandom that will never die! I do miss the 2016/17-2021 era of wattpad though we had some real good times man lmao drama and all. If i had a time machine I’d go back to that time. I carefree college student 18/19 year old Brandy with too much time on my hands writing some diabolical and TRAUMATIZING stuff about my characters lol. I miss that time so so so much and the environment of this app around that time was just *chefs kiss*. Now I’m about to be 28 years old but I hope the fanfic fandom on here doesn’t die. Take advice from someone who has been writing since they were 16 sometimes you don’t need a clean or cute aesthetic or to make ridiculously long chapters we used to be EATING on them 1200-1500 word chapters. get you a good plot, develop it, and just WRITE. we missing the authenticity, the passion, f*** this chat GPT mess. what latto say? get in the booth! i just hope it’ll come back full circle and stay alive. one day i will introduce my daughter to MJ fanfiction (not my own stories though lmaoooo) and i want her to read the real good ‘ish! that was my little rant for the year. miss y’all, love yall!!
