I haven't learned much in life. But i have learned that love isn't soft like the poets say. Love has teeth that bite and wounds that never close. And when things get rough, drive away and keep smiling. Get a little rock and roll on the radio and go towards all the life there is with all the courage you can find and all the belief you can muster. Be true, be brave, stand. All the rest is darkness.  One of the most important things I have ever learned is that the quietest people have the loudest minds. 
 
 I don't write for applause. I don't write for attention. I don't write so people will say "Wow, you're so good! I can't wait to read what else you've written!" I write for writing's sake. I write because it fulfills me. I do it for the pure joy of the thing and if you can do it for joy then you can do it forever.
