‘late night finds’ but it’s back when my youth group was 30+ people and not struggling

every year, my school has a philanthropy week where we raise money for a nonprofit organization in our city. this has been a tradition since 1986. today, it was announced that we raised $402,590 this week alone. in 40 years of this tradition, we have raised $9,639,450 for charity. yes, i might’ve cried today (crying is healthy; crying is good)

right so there was a fight during my school assembly today (freshmen are wild)

the male species is awful cuz i got looked up and down in the hallway multiple times just walking from my last class to my car (IM IN SHORTS AND A BASKETBALL JERSEY; HOW IS THAT PROVOCATIVE??)

no bc i admitted out loud today that i will always be “the hallway crush” but nobody would ever pursue a relationship with me, and my friend goes “all of my friends have said you’re attractive, bad, or something of the sort. they’d date you, but they’re too scared to talk to you”

i say i won’t fall for my schools propaganda, but i just spent $48 on a t shirt and wristband for our charity week next week *blank stare*
