I did indeed jinx myself. My mother decided we needed another project, so we are having another bathroom added to the house (a useful addition since there only 3 bathrooms and there are 8 of us living here plus the 16 daycare kids during the weekdays.). I also managed to get strep throat, hurt my ankle, had crazy busy end of the school year stuff with my girls, and my grandmother (not the one who lives with us) passed. I’ve had little time or motivation to write at this point, but I’m slowly getting chapters for the speed run version done. I’ll probably start posting those in a bit. Just want to finish a few more since I have reused some stuff from the full version and want a decent amount of new stuff done before I start posting, plus I need to make sure it’s actually decent considering my current headspace.
