i'm having alot of trouble shifting using the raven method. ive tried constantly for the last 2 weeks and still cant get it, ive followed every piece of advice i could get. was just wondering if you could maybe help me?

Yes ofc! My advice is to maybe switch up methods, if you’re trying a method for weeks or months and you have gotten nowhere then try something else. I feel like when someone uses a method for a very long time with no results then you’re just focused on the method and not shifting itself. My tip would be to switch things up maybe make a own method or different method. remember that you don’t need a method to shift!! I really hope that made sense or helped
