hi everyone,
i just wanted to say that one of the reasons i havent been writing or talking to anyone here is because ive been having a hard time eating. and thats really weird for me because normally i find eating a really simple thing to do. But im not saying this so you feel sorry for me, because that is not my intention at all. I just wanted to say if you are going through a similar thing right now you are NOT alone. And i know how hard eating is when you dont want to, trust me. It just feels like youre gonna be sick at the smell of it. But start with liquids like smoothies or juices, and move onto non-greasy foods or lighter foods, like vegetables or fruits. And ive learnt personally i feel so much better when i have energy. Believe me i am not 100% yet. I cant smell melted cheese without panicking. But I know i will get there. But remember there are always people who love and support you and you WILL get through this. Please please talk to someone when you are going through something like this, dont bottle it up. Remember i love you all so much and i am always here to talk if you need to.
