It’s not really straight up mind control, it can just amplify whatever emotion or whatever said person is thinking and kinda just influence or push it more. Like inducing fear, guilt, euphoria, anger or make someone feel intense trust or attachment.
If it’s aimed at one person specifically he can cause auditory hallucinations like phantom sounds, hear ‘echos’ of his voice later on, cause internal ‘whispers’ that aren’t even there; he’s hijacking auditory processing. ✩
