            It was true that the female was seen often soft and or skittish at times ─ she'd come off as especially shy with people she had just met or held much respect and admiration for ,, but there were some sides of herself she wouldn't show most of the time . " Yeah , " She responded to the male .           the mist hashira looked around for the breath of wind user , his body constantly walking around in circles until he finally stop and sat down to think of why he was looking for her again . his gaze shifted to the cloudy blue sky , ‘ what was the name of that animal again . . ? ’
          
          the fourteen year old boy thought as he watched the graceful sparrow loop and do tricks in the sky , his soft blue eyes seemed glued to the air , not realizing that the person he was looking for just a while ago was walking his way .
          
          a small crack of a twig that ayame stepped on while on her way to who knows where alerted the short boy , he unsheathed his partly blue and white sword then raised it in the air , his expression showing no mercy to whoever walked by .
          
          muichirou’s scanned the area and saw the female , “ oh . . . it’s just you . ” the pillar stated coldly and lowered his guard .

            The female had just returned - not from a mission but spending time with her best friend . Some had noticed that she seemed a little fidgety lately , as if she just couldn’t hold still for even a small amount of time . Looking at the cloudy but still beautiful sky , the female as if she were mesmerized by it .
            
            Ayame wasn’t looking at the ground to see where she was stepping , until the she heard the sound of the twig cracking due to her stepping on it . Seeing that Muichirou’s sword was suddenly raised out , the girl flinched non-voluntarily , “ A-ah sorry , , I didn’t mean to startle you .. ” She told the male , taking a deep breath in then exhaling .
            
            A few minutes of silence came over the two , wanting to break it - Ayame tried to think of something to say , since she didn’t want it to be awkward between them . “ Mm .. where is everyone else ? I haven’t seen them around much these days . And how long have you been here ? ” The brown haired female asks the other demon slayer .
