Or if you meant inspirations in terms of artists and genres, yes to that too! I usually get inspired by Taylor Swift, Mitski, Lana Del Rey, Vance Joy, Lorde, a lot of my favourite and excellent songwriters
Yes, they’re all inspired by either my feelings at the time, events and people in my life, or sometimes films I watch etc, every song is because of something that made me think “yep I have things to say about this”

Of course! Sometimes I just start singing random words in random tunes when I have no intention of writing a song, until I realise I’m doing that and I’m like “oh my god I actually like it” and then continue it from there. Sometimes I just think of lyrics first and then imagine its tune, and sometimes I think of the tune first and then the words. It’s mostly words first though for me, tune is not so much of a problem because all I really do is write. I just focus on having a complex but relatable emotion or thought, and how to translate that via lyrics. Recently I’ve tried to make it more complex than my earlier writing, but style is up to the writer.
