Brittni Anderson

Hey friends! It has been a long while since I've done anything on here, but I wanted to give you all an update on what's going on.
          
          In case you missed it, I've recently removed most of my writing from the website. Sadly, this is also my last month as a Wattpad Star as Wattpad transitions to the Creators Program. I will not be joining that program due to it not being a good fit for my needs. 
          
          For the time being, I am walking away from Wattpad. I'll still be here sometimes to read, but I won't be posting any more writing on here, at least not for the foreseeable future. In sum, I'm going on an indefinite hiatus.
          
          My dream has always been to be a traditionally published author and I am going to spend the next few years pursuing that dream. All my current and future writing is geared toward a broader audience (including Wattpad and beyond). Because of my publishing goals, I won't be posting my stories on here. Hopefully, one day in the next few years, you'll see my name in Barnes and Noble or some other book retailer. But if that doesn't happen, I will likely post my stories back up on  Wattpad in a few years time. 
          
          I am forever grateful for my followers and supporters on Wattpad. Every person who commented, voted, and read my stories have shaped me into a better writer. I would not be where I am without you. You have all my gratitude.

          I have a quick question for my fellow writers out there. Have any of you participated in pitch wars? If so, what was your experience like?

Hey friends! I haven't updated in a while, but I just wanted you all to know that I just published a summary of a fantasy story in the works. It won't be out until early next year, but be sure to add it to your reading list so you are updated when it is! Also, did I mention its enemies-to-lovers?

Have any of you ever wanted to compete in an Author’s Games? 
          
          If the answer is what the heck is that, let me enlighten you: Author Games are writing based competitions where you take a character and compete with short writing samples based on story prompts against other writers. Before I started writing on here, I used to compete in them frequently (with long gone username and account @Ryder27). They helped me hone a lot of writing skills, meet new people, and are basically just a ton of fun.
