My interpretation to Jill Morie's final line in "Chapter 76: Remember to live", is that, Jill's peculiarity is one of the constant thing in her life. I do believe when she said, "The truth is--- I am Peculiar.", because even though there's so many things that happened to her life the fact that she's peculiar I know that it will never ever change no matter what. Not even a little. And in her line "...and I can still see the future.", my interpretation about that is although she had a new pair of eyes deep inside her is the nature to see the future and what lies ahead. Maybe Jill Morie's real ability since then is to see the future and one's future and not only to adopt other person's ability.
In some ways, I can also analyze her statement as something logical because according to Karen, they may not see what lies ahead but it is certainly there and it is theirs. So, basically speaking, I comprehend it also as, she can still see the future. The future featuring them defeating the whole Memoire. Because that is what's suppose to be. To bring Memoire down and to stop their evil plans to conquer the whole universe.
