This is kind of going to be like a place where I post thoughts and feelings sometimes it will be a paragraph or more and sometimes it will be a few words but I am hoping this can be one of my new ways of coping.

I can't promise to you this won't be deep as my life is pretty much a whirlwind of deep emotions but here I am hoping some people can relate and help so please comment.
