Brooklyn Nine-Nine is an American police sitcom that airs on Fox, created by Dan Goor and Michael Schur. The single-camera series premiered on September 17, 2013. The show follows a team of detectives headed by the newly appointed Captain Ray Holt (played by Andre Braugher) and starring Andy Samberg, Melissa Fumero, Stephanie Beatriz, Joe Lo Truglio, Terry Crews, Chelsea Perreti, Dirk Blocker and Joel McKinnon Miller as the detectives at the precinct.
