          Let me start by saying, you're absolutely right. Those books do need an update, especially after like four months of complete, deafening, pin drop silence. Like atp IT'S NOT A LOT TO ASK FOR! 
          
          But having said that, I have a couple of things to thank you for. First, for being kind enough to accept my proposal to try ember out. Second, for actually showing up in the book, not once but twice. Third, for leaving such fun and sweet comments throughout that made me smile. Fourth, for showing your interest in the book enough to keep it in your memories, and now in your reading list, after all this time. It really is the most heart warming thing for me and it motivates me so much to get back to work. Last but not the least, thank you so much for being so incredibly kind, sweet and nice to me. Your words of appreciation and your gestures have only been endearing and I can only thank you for it. ):
          
          I'm really sorry for the lack of updates on my part. University has been at it's pinnacle for me these past few months and thus writing had to take a back seat. I'm also sorry for not being able to get back to you sooner, here on in the comments, but I really am so so grateful for all your support and it helps me in ways you couldn't imagine. 
          
          Finally, no promises here but I have resumed work on ember again so maybe, and just maybe if my college goes a little bit easy on me the next few weeks I might be able to roll the next chapter out. Again, no promises here so don't quote me on it! But yes, I'll try my best to complete volcano before my final exams show up again and I'm gone for a while. 
          
          In summary, thank you for being so nice and kind and patient. I hope I can make this journey worth it for you. ❤️

@squishyhanji I've been SOOOOOO offline on here, but omg haii, I really wasn't expecting a response! 
            
            Honestly, updating works. It feels like an expectation from the people, so it's expected! College is so fucking hard like I can't even lie and I'm not in college yet!! I'm always willing to try out a fic! Trust me, I'll read almost anything ao3, fanfiction.net you name it and if I can find it I'll  read it! Of course, you reaching out again means a lot to me, and I loved and continued to love your book (it really raised my standards. I'll be so honest with you)  
            
            I love interacting with books ESPECIALLY when I can just feel how much effort was out into making a work like you did. I don't know if you'll ever see this. Hell, I didn't see this until two years later, so that's something indeed! I hope your final exams went well, but I don't know if you even remember them this far along in the game. 
            
            What's your major if you don't mind me asking!

Hey! Do you know how the minsungers debated whether Limbo and Volcano were related to each other? Well I can't say it's true in real life but if you'd want to read it in a fictional plot then I'm writing a fan fiction based on this idea if you'd be interested to read!
