he wasn't meant to go so soon, but as he witnessed the dagger dig into his baby brother's skin. no matter how much denial he wanted to go into he knew it was too late for the other, if only they had more time. if only he had enough time to comfort his baby brother, but instead he had to watch as the youngest sibling paled and his breathing came to a halt until there was nothing left.
