Well guys if you reply to me and I didn’t get back to you am sorry but I will be busy am away soon ,but after what happened on Saturday just put me off most of the things I like and it causes me more anxiety

I can’t believe Saturday was the worst day for me….my anxiety was to much …something bad happened

Am gonna try writing again…but I need ideas I don’t mind getting some

Am still having a long break am not been sleeping that much and I have been having a lot of anxiety attacks or having a bad day but am getting better am alright that the moment it will be slow still
