To everyone...my anxiety and depression are back...as you may know...my depression is on and off...and I'm very stressed...today I had to watch a depressing and sucicdal video...which brought back memories of my depression and my grandfather and just very bad memories of when I tried to end my life...so shit is just going horrible today..im a shaking mess and a ball of nerves...i have to remind myself I'm living because my papa wants me to...because my friends want me to...i really miss him and this will be all for my grandfather...i wanna make him proud...miss ya papa!

Heyyyyy I'm dyyyying! My nose and my throat hurts...this is some bullshit! My throat because I have a common virus and my nose because of my allergies and my fucking arm hurts because one of the nurses put the needle half way through my fucking arm! I fucking hate doctors!!!
