Hey, I’m Saima, and I’m building a small community where people struggling with their mental health can connect, support one another, and feel a little less alone. As part of this project, I want to talk to people about their experiences, low days, coping methods, personal growth, and — only if they are comfortable sharing — their trauma and struggles. With their full consent, I plan to write and post these stories and experiences on Wattpad using either their real names, pet names, or anonymously, depending on what they prefer. My goal is to create a safe and understanding space where people can feel heard, understood, and supported by others going through similar things.
