In a society ran by 16 year old child, there is no war, no conflict, not even a day of murder. Just a society of peace and tranquility. How did this happen? What makes this child so special?
This child's name was Julian, his strange background has brought him to become a child to be in higher power. But then again what makes him so special? Is it his hair, his comical charm, or inner being inside of him?
