I may enter my historical novel into the Wattys... Yes or No?

Hey everyone! I've hit a bit of a writing block, and I need ideas. Any ideas of which characters and what should happen at the restaurant? It would be appreciated. For whoever (or more) idea I use, they will be mentioned in the comments/end of the chapter!
