@pre-nut-psychosis / I wanted to kinda make him a walking avatar of the Otherworld, specifically a section of it located in Alaska where Alaskan Natives The Otherworld is normally a neutral to good force used by American natives before colonization, so I had this idea to create a sort of semi-bad Otherworld based on the interfaith dialogue of Orthodox Christianity and Alaskan natives, which had a much better relationship than other parts of colonization. He’d be like a walking layer of the “Otherworld”, and it would also heavily draw from Tarkovsky’s concept of The Zone in Stalker. Since the power of silent hill is essentially psychotic illusions so perfect, so strong, that is essential total reality warping, it can yield a lot of results.
