Am I the only one who feels like the plot for Cheating by the Rules just isn’t moving? Every chapter is literally the same thing—Jace treats Ivy like crap, and Harry and Ivy complain about how miserable they are but don’t do anything to change it. We’re 46 chapters in, and there’s barely any character development. Ivy and Harry’s relationship feels so stagnant and honestly kind of boring. I used to look forward to updates, but now it feels like I’m just reading the same chapter over and over. It’s getting repetitive and dull.
Hi! I’m sorry to hear that my story isn’t that exciting for you anymore. I do have my reasons for slowing down the pace, but I understand it might feel like the characters are circling back. At the end of the day, it’s completely up to you whether you’d like to continue reading or not.
