@bythewildwinds I’m not in the US so I can’t help with the matter much but I’ll help look for websites if you want and you shouldn’t be taking it lying down no one should be it’s not their bodies so the laws shouldn’t affect people who have done nothing wrong

Hey, writing a fic. I’d like some feedback on this Sorting Hat song, please?
“Many, many years ago
There was a clever queen
Her name was Rowena and
She bore an intellect keen
“One day she met a warrior
A just woman was she
Skilled in battle, but peaceful
And kind as one could be
“Rowena wished to spread her knowledge
Helga wished to make all glad
Together they began a school
To teach every lass and lad
“A mage with a talent for potions
Joined the two of them
Salazar taught of draughts, elixirs
Of alchemy from which it stems
“Helga sent for her friend Godric
To join them at Rowena’s citadel
To even out their numbers
And to help contain the swell
“Rowena enchanted me
To sort you in her stead
You needn’t be afraid
So put me calm atop your head
“I’ll look through your mind quick
And find where you belong
With the witty, kind, ambitious or brave
And with that I finish my song.”
And yes, I know that Rowena being some kind of queen isn’t canon, but I thought it could explain why Hogwarts is straight up a castle and why she had a really cool magic crown even though those things would be hella rare in 993.
