august 7th is the worst day of the year. i made it so long without crying and now i’ve been crying on and off for like 3.5 hours.

today i told lilah about her grandpa dan (in a coffee can) and showed her pictures. she went “grandpa!” when she saw him. so cool. that made me cry. and made me miss him so much and wish he could’ve been around to meet his granddaughter.
