And I'd like to say that bad things that happen eventually come to an end So whatever is bothering you will pass eventually, or at least it won't leave you feeling unwell.
I don't know what you're going through, but I recommend getting some sun, eating food that isn't microwaved, and maybe talking to someone. You'll probably feel a little better if you do that.
