to all the girls out there who can't accept what they see when they look in the mirror, I just want to say I think you're beautiful. I think you're gorgeous. skinny isn't gonna give you anything, it's just skinny. you might think that you need to be skinny for your friends to like you, boys to notice you, your family to accept you, but it's not true. starving yourself to be "perfect" is just stupid. there's no such thing as perfect. you don't even see that you're destroying yourself. I think you are beautiful just the way you are, and not just by the outside. you are amazing just the way you are, and you will never be that until you let go of your fantasy of being thin. you are enough. enough for me.
