Good morning po, if u know anybody na taga-Cagayan po and is in dire need of help redirect them to any organization that can help, you may contact Philippine Red Cross, Anakbayan PH, Kabataan (or Miss Sarah Elago) Through their social media acts. I don't know if the rescuers contact number are still reachable as I tried contacting them earlier, dawn but I can't seem to get through, even text messages.
          
          Or please post this link on your timelines, this will be very helpful  This is a file that leeps track of all those who need to be rescued.
