- trump started his speech off by saying "the golden age of america begins right now” whatever that means
- he spoke about the assassination attempt against him saying: “i was saved by God to make america great again”
- he said that the position of the federal government is that there are “only two genders” huh……….
- he confirmed that he would change the name of the gulf of mexico to the gulf of america ??????????
- about the panama canal he said, "we're taking it back”
- he said he would declare a national emergency at the southern border
- he said he’d reinstate the "remain in mexico" policy and end catch-and-release, the practice of detaining and then releasing migrants
- he’s gonna send troops to the border to “repel” the “invasion” whatever that means
-he said he’d BRING BACK THE ALIEN INVASION ACT OF 1798 (which was what allowed the american government to put japanese americans in internment camps. huh)
- elon hit us with a fucking nazi salute?? TWICE??? i feel like we’re under reacting with this guys what’s going on
- and melania wore a strategic hat so she wouldn’t have to kiss trump. lmfao

abortion bans would increase unsafe abortions, increase maternal mortality rates, an increase in rape, women staying with abusers because of financial dependency, increase in female suicides, increase in ACTUAL baby killings, increase in the foster care system, the decrease of woman’s education, decrease in women in power and women in the workforce, increased taxes for child benefits, increased inflation, increased homelessness, and so forth

@calamitous_ass and the fact that Kamala is highly qualified and had plans in place but it still wasn't enough. The different expectations of the two candidates is so gross, and further proves are women be undermined at all stages of life. Men voting for him even if his actions would cause them to suffer are also big indicators of pure misogyny.
