After being brought in by the TVA for something Jamie didn’t even realize he’d done wrong, he was subjected to some weird sort of trial, and now he was walking alongside a young man who had a file, presumably Jamie’s, under his arm. Once they were almost to his office, the boy paused for a moment, eyes wide as he looked out over the huge place. “Wow… is that magic?” He asked curiously, fear momentarily forgotten as he looked up at Evan with wide eyes.

@calculatedtimes “I’ve never seen anything like that before,” he said in wonder as he followed Evan into his office— but his childlike awe was gone like someone had snapped their fingers and broken him of it, his discomfort returning as soon as he stepped over the threshold. He shook his head stiffly, looking down before very hesitantly taking a seat on the chair, checking thoroughly for traps though he knew his spider sense would warn him if anything was wrong. The boy was nothing if not paranoid.
