Hey guys, so this message might be a little more serious than usual because it is a subject I feel like I need to talk about. This might be a bit harsh so reader's discretion is advised.
So as you may know I am mexican, I live in México, the current situation of my country is something scary and that I am definetly not proud of.
Here, as of today, everyday 10 women are murdered for no reason in my country and the numbers are rising very fast, they get raped and killed.
There's this case you might've heard of of this 7 year old girl, her name was Fatima. She was kidnapped (possibly raped) and found inside a plastic bag, beaten up and with her organs missing. This is an example of the fact that the hour we are out, the clothes we wear, how drunk or flirty we are does not matter.
She didn't meet someone on internet, she has a fucking school uniform on, she didn't drink at all, it was during the light of day, so what's the excuse now?
I hope you don't mind that I will be posting a chapter about violence against women in every single one of my unfinished stories.
I am a woman, and now I am scared of going outside my house. If you have been a victim of abuse don't stay quiet. Tell someone, anyone.
