Everynight, I overthink a lot which leads to anxiety. I drink coffe before going to bed, which leads to palpitations that causes sleepless nights. Nakakaranas ako ng panic attacks pagnagpa palpitate ako. And also, within the day you'll hear me talking by myself which creeps my family and friends out. But for me, it's normal. Coz I'm just talking to a friend.
