Gun or fireworks? The question I should definitely be asking at ten pm. 

Some thoughts on Spoon Theory, as something I do believe in. 
          
          Can whoever divides the spoons give me more on bad days and less when I have so much energy I could run a marathon. Or, stop hiding how many I have. I thought I had more today. So I used them. And now I'm out but still have things to do. And no, today isn't a bad day. I'm just out.  

Sometimes I hate journaling. Because I know I'll feel better once I write everything down but if I knew how to talk about my feelings I wouldn't be in this mess in the first place. And it's just going to hurt in the moment when I have to talk about them to write them down.
