Hi everyone, I know it's been awhile. I FINALLY just finished Stranger Things — wow. So many thoughts are going through my head, but I just wanted to thank each and every one of you who supported my works throughout the years. I cannot believe that November alone has 100k reads — you guys blow my mind and make my heart so happy. I wrote those books when I was thirteen, fourteen, and fifteen, and to see people still enjoying them and interacting with them means more to me than you know.
Unfortunately, I don't see myself finishing my Stranger Things series. It makes me so sad to say that, but I'm twenty-three now, and don't have the headspace to truly commit to Cindy and the party's story in the way it deserves. However, I saw one comment asking if I had any thoughts on how Cindy fits into these past two seasons, and of course, I do! I'm planning on responding to that comment, and if anyone else has any questions or thoughts about Cindy/the series, PLEASE, feel free to ask! I'll always love that series and that era of my life, and feel like reminiscing as it comes to a close with the series finale of the show.
Again, thank you for your support throughout the years — you've all meant more to me than you'll ever know.

Would love to know you thoughts on how Cindy fits into the last 2 seasons of ST <3 hope you’re doing well

@BlancaLynx In terms of season five, there's a lot there, so I don't know exactly how I see Cindy fitting into all of it. I think she and Steve have remained as close as they were, but the important thing to me about this season is that they're both growing up — something that was also really important to me in season three. I think Cindy would definitely be there at Max's side, with Lucas, and be heartbroken without her, because in some ways she's become just as important to her as Eleven was. Now, I think Cindy, while it hurts more than anything to say goodbye, would know that Eleven would sacrifice herself — if you will — to the Upside Down in order for the party to resume their normal lives. I think she would accept that fate but also grapple with the heartbreak of it all, as Mike does in the epilogue. Yet, I think she knows it's all apart of growing up — childhood really is over, and that's okay. I see Cindy Harrington going off to college, maybe somewhere on the East Coast, maybe as a psych major, or something where she could go on to help people. Of course, she comes home any chance she's given, to see her brother, her friends — her chosen family. And hey, maybe she and Mike find each other again, later on in life. Maybe they get married and live happily ever after, or maybe they don't. Who knows? :)

@BlancaLynx Hi, I love this! It's definitely hard for me to watch and finish Stranger Things without absentmindedly thinking about how Cindy would fit into it all, haha! In terms of season four, I always envisioned Cindy having a separation from the group, just as Max did (after Billy died), and Mike and Dustin did (joining Hellfire and getting to know Eddie), and Lucas did (joining the basketball team and making new friends through that). I saw Cindy becoming a cheerleader, and without having Max as present in the group, I saw her in some ways growing apart from the original group — something that so often happens in high school. But, after Chrissy's death, and the discovery of Vecna, I saw Cindy coming back to her true friends — especially paying close attention to Max and her own involvement with Vecna. However, and bare with me here, I didn't necessarily see Cindy and Mike continuing to be as serious of a thing in season four (and maybe five) — I think they grew apart, but also matured and realized they would always love each other as friends, but might always feel those feelings of loving each other more than being just friends — I don't know if that makes sense at all?

Hi guys! I know I’ve asked this question before, but I’m asking again because I want to hear from you, the reader, and make sure I can cater to both of our needs. In terms of my Stranger Things series (November, October, and July), I’m finding it difficult to want to continue editing/rewriting/and eventually write a fourth book for the fourth season because I don’t really feel connected to the Cindy x Mike storyline. It makes me so sad, but I don’t feel I can continue to do their story justice if I don’t feel connected to it anymore. However, I think (as many of you have predicted for years) Cindy may feel drawn to other characters (El & Max) more than she ever has for Mike. Would you guys be interested in continuing to read this series if Cindy and Mike were no longer the center of it? Would you be interested in reading a Cindy x Max story? Or would you even be okay if Cindy didn’t necessarily have a love interest? Please let me know what you would like, I feel awful to have kept everyone on hold for so long but I love writing and want to keep this series alive until the end of the show!

Are you still planning on continuing the story with Max? I would love to see it!
