            Energy Compression: Compress huge amounts of energy into tiny spheres that explode with immense force. 
            
            Energy Absorption: Take in heat, electricity, light, or magical energy and use it to become stronger.
            
            Energy Constructs: Create solid
            weapons, shields, platforms, or even giant hands made of energy.
            
            Energy Conversion: Turn one type of
