Like I am not a hundred percent sure but the other day I was scrolling through a name list and the name Jasper means finding and bringing treasure and I was like OMG THAT'S WHY
So yea Idk... just wanted to share it with you lot

@ SiriusBlackPadfoot7 Look some names have meanings and the name Jasper means finder and bringer of treasure so that's how it started (probably) the whole finding thing with Jasper
