@aanyashah1090 aryan’s story has potential for a novella. so i’m saving it for a day when i need to work through my writers block and write something fun! it won’t be up anytime soon but maybe one day :)

@caralogue that he is!
Sam's descriptions or rather yours painted such perfect picture in my head...
Honestly, i was kind of concerned after reading that part in epilogue of mirage (in my head sam wasn't really like that)
Should we expecting a short story like sam's for ayushi and aryan (i mean meghna thinks it's very possible..)(also,I'm a shameless reader hehe-)

Hey @caralogue, I just reread the entire Glitter Season Collective from the start since Mirage just wrapped up. If I thought I couldn't fall any more in love with these characters, then I really didn't realise the depth of this endless pit of love I have for them. I keep falling deeper and deeper with each line, each chapter, each reread.

I first came across Nightfall when I was browsing this orange app for a cozy, short read. The cover of Nightfall with it's simple aesthetics immediately pulled me in. (Also the fact that I am a sucker for train/bus/plane romances). Vikrant & Keerthy, oh my god!!! In just 3 parts, they welcomed me into their world and embraced me with such warmth, I was in awe. Their simple story, magically weaved in your words, has become far more heartfelt than any fairy tale ever. Vikrant Sena, for silently harbouring your love for your Kiki and patiently waiting for her to feel the same yearning, you deserve all the adoration and affection you are showered with! (Also, in my head I had predicted that they'll have a girl child whenever they'd have one - mentally did happy jig when I read about Isha, that cutie)

And then came Firecracker, true to its title, absolutely fiery. Sahana is the woman I want to be. Badass, ambitious, fiercely protective of her loved ones, takes no nonsense, doesn't hesitate to break convention and all of this with a kind heart that sits away silently in a corner. Veer & Sahana and their ever bubbling banter had me squealing. I love all 4 books of this series, yet, within the series, Firecracker is the one I go back to the least. Still the characters stay close to my heart. Also what's the penance must one have to do to get a FIL like Sahana's? Love that man!

Then along came the book that etched itself like a permanent tattoo on my heart - Cellophane. This book is EVERYTHING

          (continued in the next comment)

hello, first of all, thank you for taking the time to write this. i love hearing from readers, it’s my fav thing so even if you write ten more (continued…) i would have loved it!

i really don’t know what else to say other than thank you for loving my writing, the characters and appreciating them like they are real people. i love that you’ve managed to connect with all the characters this deeply (i can see it in the way you describe them). i love that you are so invested. sahana’s such a baddie, agreed.

and thank you for loving jai. he is one of my fav characters i’ve ever written and i’m glad he’s getting the love he deserves. it’s true now that you point it out that ishita is made for him.

and it’s so adorable how you’ve made a list of what you love the most! (I LOVE LISTS!). the titles are something i’m really proud of tbh so thank you for appreciating them. hypothetical hoe should be more popular, can’t believe i invented it. the overlap was a headache because i always confuse the timeline but thankfully it’s okay. jai, yes, and the ladies are so fun.

as for the requests, i take them seriously. i take all of the comments and messages seriously and also take a lot of inspiration too, so i’ll make a note of these. if opportunity strikes, i’ll see to it that i write about them.

the fact that you reread the stories itself is a big compliment. but this message left me in tears— happy ones. you did not just put a smile on my face, did something beyond. i feel seen, validated and appreciated. thank you so so so so much! lots of love to you x

hey everyone! now that all the stories are wrapped up, i will only be sticking to short stories and one-shots for a while (your cue to add ‘stars aligned’ - my anthology to your library) meanwhile, i will be working on a few writing projects offline. i may or may not decide to publish them here.

anyway, if y’all are not aware, i have an instagram account — @caramelstreet.lit and i will be hosting a qna session tomorrow. the last time i hosted one, some of you missed it and wanted to be notified here. even if you miss it or can’t participate tomorrow, you’re welcome to dm me anytime if you have questions, thoughts or anything at all to share.

thank you for the funny and witty comments you leave (i so badly wanna be friends with y’all), the generous votes and your enthusiastic interaction in the polls. this support and love will never be taken for granted, demanded or bartered for content in this corner.

i want this to be your comfort zones, no pressure! sit back, exhale that stress, sip your coffee, struggle to maintain that poker face in public when you really want to squeal and giggle, visit these characters when you’re feeling low and need a hug!

          stay magical, beautiful people.
          lots of love x
