one rainy day,
i put grief in both hands
and placed it in my own heart
as a method of self-destruction. 
it didn't make me feel any better
as i thought it would. 
so i had to search for a way
to fix that mess i made. 
i searched every forest,
every cave i could reach,
and what i found was a parchment containing a recipe written in cursive letters. 
i was shocked to learn that it was a recipe we all knew at some point. 
it was a mixture of hope, faith & strength
that stimulates the immune system 
to fight all the darkness within.
