@illicitwillows taking some breaks lasting for short periods would also be okay i think and it's VERY healthy to stay away from the internet sometimes. pinterest and spotify are the only apps that are cozy and therapeutic. sometimes even twitter (controversial) but only when you don't talk shit with people there cause they just pull shit straight outta their ass like it's nothing i like those hourly quotes twitter handles and those very aesthetic ones too, they're so nice
