My parents think I talk crap and lie in therapy.  I don't.  Why would I do that.  I wanna get better.  I hate feeling like this.  Feeling like if I talk about my anxiety or depression my mom will get sad. Or if I had just fucking died like I supposed to sever years ago laying in that hospital bed that my family would be less stressed out and could go do fun things instead of taking me to therapy.  I'm trying.  Trying so hard.  But I still can't help but think would they be better without me?  Just don't wanna feel like this

I'm getting better!  I feel the best I have about myself in a month or so!  I'm so happy right now and I haven't been this happy for a long time!  I actually don't know what to do besides giggle and babble on about things.  You were apart of my journey and always will be angel.  Thank you for everything.  Xxx
