When someone asks Castmere why she loves to read, she always answers: "Because 'Autor' is my middle name". A Spanish term for the word 'author'.
She once dreamed of writing a book under her name, but she didn't have the courage to pursue it.
She used to love books more than anything else. Her mother used to scold her whenever she reads books at night or even when she's riding any type of PUVs going to school because it might affect her eyes.
She didn't stop loving books and became a library assistant where she had a chance to learn how to restore books with minor issues. She also used to write short stories and poems. She indulged herself in stories and information that piques her interest.
Unfortunately, everything changed the day she lost her father. She felt everything grumbling under her feet and had no choice but to fill in the gaps by following the lead and dreams of others. She walked the path made of pavement prepared by the people surrounding her. Her works were all thrown away and were forgotten.
Decades passed and she felt like her world was falling apart while others were happily bragging about their achievements. She underwent depression and no one believed her. She started writing again to release her tension and ended up deleting it since she was not satisfied with her own work. She's not young anymore and nothing goes along with her plans, but she didn't want too much attention.
She gave up briefly, but her passion kept knocking on her door. She gave in and came up with a story that she once dreamed about. It only started with a dream, but she wanted to share it with others.
The title of the story is Ari (The Child of the Beastman Goddess) or 'Ari'. A story with hints of her own struggles in life in a world full of beastly creatures and immortal enemies. However, the biggest enemy of the protagonist is not the main villain, but herself. How can she fight an immortal being if she's also fighting against herself?
